Colour
Customers please be aware that our printing runs are bulked up with multiple orders on every full colour run. Because of this there may be colour variations from run to run. Colours will always appear different when comparing print to screen. No reprints at our cost will be printed.
Accepting Proofs
When accepting artwork proofs, customers are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. It is the customer's responsibility to request another proof if small text is difficult to read. T3Magnets will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof.
Artwork
Customers who supply their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications (CMYK colour, minimum 300dpi, correct dimensions, 3mm bleed, fonts flattened or converted to outlines). If you are unsure, please contact us.
Turnaround
In most cases, orders are delivered within two to three weeks of confirmation of payment. T3Magnets will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.
